About our terms

These terms and conditions of use (Terms) explain how you may use this website and any of its content (Site). These Terms apply between Face Perfect Clinic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company registration number 08613649 (we, us or our) and you, the person accessing or using the Site (you or your). You should read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should stop using the Site immediately.

Licence to use the Site

Unless otherwise specified, we own the intellectual property rights for the Site and the material contained within the Site.

You may view the material, download it for your own personal use and print pages for personal use, subject to the limitations below;

You must not:

  • republish direct material from the site
  • sell information from the site
  • display any material from the Site pages in public
  • reproduce any materials for commercial purposes
  • edit or modify any material from the Site
  • redistribute materials from the site

Your responsibility

By using this site, you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with accessing and using the site. This includes contamination from computer viruses.
By visiting the site you must agree not to infringe any copyrights. You are not permitted to use the material or make copies, other than for your personal use.
By placing an order you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Our responsibility

We cannot guarantee that the site will be accessible at all times, and reserve the right to withdraw information and products without prior notice.
Medical information and advice provided by this site is for information purposes only and does not substitute the advice and treatment of a medical practitioner.
We may provide links to external Sites. These links are for your convenience and we hold no liability for their content. Accessing such Sites is strictly at your own risk.

Contractual relationship

The prices of products on the Site are inclusive of taxes and offered for sale to the customer at the displayed prices, exclusive of postage and/or packing.

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic e-mail from Face Perfect Clinic confirming that we have received your order. This is not an acceptance of your order as our medical team will need to review the items ordered before we can dispatch them. No prescription items can be advertised for sale on the Site, all prescription-only items need to be purchased in clinic after a full consultation is undertaken.  Please note that our medical team reserve the right to decline to fulfil your order if it is deemed that the products ordered are unsuitable. Where possible, the medical team will suggest alternative products that may be more appropriate for you to use and for you to achieve your desired outcome. If this is the case, and you wish to change your order, we will alter your order accordingly and either credit or debit you for the difference. You will be sent an email confirming the change to your revised order details and you will be dispatched the products.

We contract to fulfil your order and deliver the goods to the delivery address given when you placed the order. For orders to the UK and Channel Islands, we use Royal Mail Recorded delivery, in most cases, orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days following dispatch. In some cases delivery may take longer and the customer must allow up to 14 days for receipt of their order.

Please note that you must sign for your order upon receipt. This is a contractual obligation on the part of the customer and is confirmation that the goods have been delivered to the addressee. Signed receipt of delivery must be made by the addressee.

Cancellation Policy

When booking an appointment with us, we require a £50 deposit. This secures your appointment with us. Your deposit will be applied to any treatment or products you purchase. In the case that you attend the consultation and don’t go forward with treatment, or are not suitable for treatment, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your appointment with us more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your appointment with us less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to retain 100% of your deposit.

Prices, payment & delivery

The price payable for the goods is the price indicated on the Site. Payment will be taken prior to dispatching the goods.

Customers must provide a valid billing address that matches the address to which their debit or credit card is registered. Failure to do so may result in the transaction being rejected by the payment provider. If an invalid address is provided, we may ask the customer to provide supporting documentation as proof of billing address, such as, a debit or credit card statement or a utility bill.

Goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering.

All orders are sent using a recorded delivery service and must be signed for upon receipt by the addressee. If the addressee is not present at the time of delivery, the order may be held at a local mail centre for collection or re-delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for collection or re-delivery of the item. Failure to do so will result in the item being returned to us. If an item is returned, we will contact the customer to arrange re-delivery to the same or an alternative address. We reserve the right to charge the customer for postage costs for any re-delivery of items.

Delivery of items is done using a third party, so we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. The majority of orders are delivered within 1-5 working days, however, customers must allow up to 14 working days for delivery before we will re-send an order.

Orders containing prescription-only items, will only be dispatched once the customer has completed a face-to-face consultation in clinic.

You agree to us acting as your agent in the delivery of the goods. The point of purchase is Leeds, and you agree that the subsequent importation of all medicines is by yourself and for your own personal use.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders received at any time prior to dispatch of the goods. If we cancel an order, the customer’s card will automatically be refunded.

Any order that contains a prescription request will only be dispatched once a face-to-face consultation has taken place.

All products and packaging, where applicable, will be compliant with EU regulations. This will mean that in some instances the packaging and product will vary slightly from the products supplied in the US. The main difference with be a ‘ Parabens free’ policy as a result of a change in the EU legislations in respect of certain chemicals. The products have been demonstrated to produce the same the therapeutic effects and we guarantee that all Obagi products will be sourced from the Obagi manufacturer with a traceable audit trail to ensure you receive genuine fully clinically tested products.

We regret that we cannot take back or refund products once opened. Whilst we try to ensure all non-prescription products have an expiry date beyond 6 months from the expiry date, we are unable to replace or refund ‘out of date products’ which have been delivered to you longer than 3 calendar months from the date of expiry. In the case of faulty products, please return the products so we may contact the manufacturer and assist you with a replacement and refund as appropriate. Please note that prescription products are dispensed by an independent pharmacy and are subject to pharmacy law.

Refused and undeliverable orders – All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present, failure to collect, will be refunded minus any delivery costs has incurred in sending the order out to the patient.

If an order has not been collected in the allocated time and the patient wishes for it to be re-sent, we reserve the right to charge any additional postal costs.

Acceptable use of site

You may not use the Site in any manner which may cause damage to the site, or that is in any way illegal, fraudulent or harmful.

You must not use our Site for any malicious computer software.

You must not collect data from our Site or use it for marketing purposes without our written consent.

Restricted access

We reserve the right to restrict access to our Site at our discretion. We reserve the right to only prescribe to patients registered with us.
By using the site, you agree with the terms and conditions.

Limited warranties

Although it is our endeavour to do so, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this Site, or that it will be kept up to date on a continuous basis.

We warrant that our products will be of satisfactory quality, and that our liability will be limited to the purchase price of the product.

Exclusion of liability

Nothing in these terms and conditions can limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We will not be liable in respect of any losses arising out of any event that is beyond our reasonable control, to include but not limited to: strikes, industrial action, civil commotion, natural disasters, government restrictions and legislation.

We will not be liable in respect of any loss, or corruption, of data, or software, that is beyond our reasonable control.

These terms and conditions are not intended for the benefit of third parties or to exclude any liability for third parties.

Breach of terms and conditions

Without prejudice to our rights, if you breach these terms and conditions we may take such actions necessary so as to remedy the breach and seek damages, including bringing court proceedings required by law.

Right to return goods

In most cases, if after receiving your goods, you decide that you no longer wish to use them, then you will have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided that they are returned to us undamaged and unopened. We will refund you upon receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to place the order. We reserve the right to charge you for any postage and packaging costs incurred. Some items are non-refundable, this includes items dispenses on prescription.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

We will only send out new products to you. If you receive your package to sign for from the post office and it appears to be damaged, then please inspect the contents before signing for it. If the contents appear to be damaged, then decline to sign for the package and it will be returned to us. We will issue you with an immediate replacement.

After signing for the package, should you subsequently find that any of your products are damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and return the goods to us in their original packaging. We will issue you with a replacement product upon receipt of the returned goods.

Privacy Policy

In compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (effective May 2018). we respect your privacy rights and recognise the need for protecting and managing, in an appropriate manner, any personally identifiable material you share with us.
Please read and ensure you fully understand our privacy policy, and that you agree with how we utilise your information upon collection.

Non-identifiable information

Having visited us, we will automatically collect and temporarily store information about your computer, including your domain, host, and internet address and Site from which you have linked to us. In some circumstances we may store the date and time you visited the Site, and the duration of your visit. We may also look at the pages you have visited. We will not use any of this information to identify you or pass any of this information on to third parties. Some of this information may be stored on your computer in the form of a “cookie” file.
