COVID-19: How We’re Adapting

We are currently open for consultations and treatments. The health and safety of our clients and staff are paramount at this time. To ensure a safe environment we are closely following all government guidelines along with advice from professional bodies.

* Staff have recent and specialist training

* The clinic has new and updated sanitation and hygiene standards and procedures including appropriate use of PPE

* Virtual and telephone consultations are available

* Health screening and a temperature check will be carried out on the day of attendance

* Staggered appointment times ensure social distancing and no waiting in reception

Video Consultations

We’re excited to introduce video consultations for those who are considering a new skincare product or treatment with us. These will run much the same as our in-person consultations do, we just do it via a video call! This is to minimise the need for as much in-person contact and reduce the risk of infection.

You can still ask us any questions, show us the treatment area, and tell us about your lifestyle and skincare routine so that we can assess your needs. We can then make an appointment for you to visit us in the clinic and discuss the treatment further or receive it on the day.

If this doesn’t work for you, we can arrange to see you for an in-person consultation once we reopen.


Skincare Favourites Running Low? Shop Online

A lot of our clients might be worrying who or where they can go to top-up their skincare favourites, especially if one of your much-loved Obagi products is running low. These are not products you can simply pick up from the shelves, because they’re powered by medical ingredients and are specialist skincare, so where can you go to get them?

Well, here. We have an online shop fully stocked with all of our usual skincare products, like Heliocare and Revitalash, so you can continue to look after your skin even during lockdown. As some products are only available on prescription-only, these will need to be requested directly from the clinic, contact us here for more information.
