Perfect Peel
The perfect peel has been around in the UK for 5 months. It contains phenol, glutathione, kojic acid, TCA, salicylic acid, and retinoic acid. It is a medium to deep peel. It is the only peel that contains glutathione which is a powerful antioxidant that slows down the ageing process and prevents wrinkles. The phenol within the peel has a numbing effect so after the first application, there will be no pain or discomfort. The salicylic acid exfoliates the skin. The TCA, Phenol and Retinoic acid reduce wrinkles and correct pigment problems. Kojic acid lightens the skin and improves the production of collagen and elastin.
It can be used on all skin types and the results are seen after just one peel. Depending on skin types and the problems we are treating, sometimes further treatments will be needed. Sometimes 2-3 treatments may be required every 4 weeks. However, if the skin is maintained with a good skincare regime and the client introduces the perfect C cream into their daily routine, it is advised that the client will only need 2-3 treatments a year to maintain the desired results.
The perfect peel, like most peels, is aimed to improve the skin tone and texture, lighten and brighten the skin, remove or reduce sun damage and age spots, reduce pore size, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, improve pigmentation problems and acne scars, improve acne and melasma, stimulates the production of collagen and elastin to give firmer skin and ultimately slows down the ageing process.
Within the perfect peel, there is a booster. This can be added to the peel to give greater results as it is about 25% stronger than the perfect peel. It is good to use this for stubborn skin problems.
The perfect peel also allows the patient to purchase further skincare products. There is the perfect C cream that needs to be applied morning and night for collagen stimulation and reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. The perfect C serum contains tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, the vitamin C serum will help establish even skin tone and reduce dark spots and it has an antioxidant activity The perfect A cream is used to renew healthy skin, improve tone and texture. It contains retinoic acid and vitamin C. The perfect B cream contains hydroquinone, liquorice extract, kojic acid and arbutin which help improve pigmentation and lightens the skin which is good for melasma and hyperpigmentation.
